The welder has an inductance setting not sure what you use this for?

Try it on both the minimum and maximum settings without changing anything else and see what it does to the weld.

What sheet is that? How thick? It might be best to start with something cleaner and thicker, learn to weld that and set up the welder before moving onto thin sheet that many find more challenging.

You still appear to be lacking shielding gas on some parts, that or contamination.

Inductance slows the rate of rise in current, so with more inductance the initial short-circuit when the wire first hits the metal will pass less current. It should prevent the issue you described as "Keep getting a pop and wire blows back about 1cm with hot globule on end of wire".
More inductance gives a "softer" arc, with less penetration.
With less inductance you should get a fierce, noisy arc.
However, on an inverter MIG there isn't a real inductor in the output circuit. I think the "Inductance" setting just alters how fast the electronics reacts to changes in current ( hysteresis of the feedback loop ), so the real-world effects that you see may be different. Some inverter welder manuals say that the inductance setting controls the bead width.

With the fine control of an inverter, you should be able to run slightly longer beads than just those tiny spots, without burning through. As tigdlo suggested, try practising on 2 or 3mm sheet before moving on to the really thin stuff.
