I was suggesting an alternative.
I did a 13ftx6.5ft shed for a friend: I used 15mm ply (because I had *loads*) as a floating tongue, bedded in with Screwfix damp-proofing bitumen paint.

Isoglass/sodium silicate can be made by boiling silica gel cat litter with caustic soda.
Painted on/soaked in makes the wood reasonably fire proof.
Overpaint with creosote to waterproof the isoglass.
Was less than £500, including felt for roof

I really do believe that I could keep the cost down below 2K for a single garage size workshop. Recently built a shed where I currently live & the cost/build quality wasn't even questionable. It's just the labour time which brings up the cost of these pre-fabricated options on the market.
