Hey guys, I'm looking for a welder for my buggy project. I have 1 1/4" (3-3.4mm) tubing and 1 1/2" (2.5mm) square tubing.
The ones I have found so far are:
http://www.homedepot.ca/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CatalogSearchResultView?D=900066&Ntt=900066&catalogId=10051&langId=-15&storeId=10051&Dx=mode+matchallpartial&Ntx=mode+matchall&recN=0&N=0&Ntk=P_PartNumber
and
http://www.canadiantire.ca/browse/product_detail.jsp?FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=1408474396672983&bmUID=1212189659833&PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524443299189&assortment=primary&fromSearch=true
and
http://www.homedepot.ca/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CatalogSearchResultView?D=944804&Ntt=944804&catalogId=10051&langId=-15&storeId=10051&Dx=mode+matchallpartial&Ntx=mode+matchall&recN=51%2022&N=0&Ntk=P_PartNumber
Now, I've read on here that you need about 140A for 3mm steel and these say 88A max. Would any of these welders work?
I am on a budget and have around $500 CAN to spend. Any help would be great!
