Budget Tig for 4130 Tubing?

I’m after a machine to weld moly-chrome tubing, (or at least have a practice)
I have a budget of £200-300 are there any reasonable machines available for this money?

They will do the job but you may get the magic smoke sooner or later. Welding chromoly isn't a massive issue. Not a lot different to mild steel stainless.
