I don’t need a cordless grinder enough to pay for a high-end one, however I’m tempted by the budget ranges stocked by the likes of Screwfix, Toolstation and Machine Mart etc, but looking at the reviews puts me off as they vary wildly from useless to the best thing since sliced bread for the same machine!
A few years ago I made the mistake of buying a set of battery tools from Aldi and they were all completely useless (now thrown away) and I don’t want to make the same mistake again.
Are the current generation of budget machines (e.g Erbauer) now a realistic proposition? Note this wouldn’t be my only grinder as I’ve got corded 4.5 and 9 inch grinders already for the heavier tasks.
Thanks,
Mike
