Snap-on.... the dealers don't sell tools, they sell finance
Teng stuff is reasonable value (best screwdrivers i've ever used) but the sockets are pretty bulky imo. Not that impressed with their ratchets either
Kennedy do good quality tools- i particually like their panel beating kit
Value for money wise i don't think that Halfords pro can be beaten for a socket set- had to modify a 3/8 deep 13mm socket for a mate the other day as he couldn't find a slim enough socket to reach the head bolts of an engine he was building (socket head stretch bolts replaced with an ARP stud kit). Being the cheapest I turned just over 1mm off a Halfords socket and it torqued the head without stretching or spliting
