Really interesting! @Pete. if you’re thinking of having a crack at that, you’re welcome to use that hydraulic test pump that I got from the boot fair last year. Not sure that you’ll get 800psi out of it tho…

It was probably a days work condensed into a watchable amount of time, If they rattle on too much folk lose the will to live.

I watched this video this morning. This chap made the exhausts for my TZR. I didn’t realise he was using such basic tools to make these. Excellent job.

I want to have a go at making a pipe for my rg125 project. Watching that video made me wonder, is there a possibility of them exploding?

If it does burst all that happens is a tiny release of water. Air, on the other hand, has a huge amount of stored (potential) energy, due to its compression.
