Bridgeport wiring

Hello everyone.

I recently acquired a Bridgeport mill from an industrial toolroom (thanks to @fizzy for the huge help with shipping and general Bridgeport advice).

Just before loading:


Anyway, I've rigged an inverter for the head which is working fine and now I'm looking at the power feed.

The diagram from the manual which shows the feeds running from 115v:



I've got a 2kW 110V transformer which should do both axis no problem.

The only issues I have are; first off a sanity check incase I've got the wrong end of the stick.

Secondly, I think I've located the correct point to insert the transformer wires - the two horizontal red wires just below the centre of the pic flagged LL3 and LL1.



The box I have seems to have a fair bit more gubbins than others I've seen so if any Bridgeport experts could shed some light, I'd be most appreciative!

If you are retaining the original switchgear you can use the original Bridgeport transformer for the axis feeds and control wiring. If you check the right hand side of the transformer there are terminals marked for the input voltage. If you put your 240v feed into the 0v and 240 v (after removing the original black wiring) your powerfeeds should work as standard. If you want to control the spindle motor with the control switches it gets a little more involved as you will need to use the spindle contactor to switch the control circuit in the vfd on and off. More work, but it helps to have the original functions working.
On the More gubbins bit, the relays below the speed controller are because you have x and y powerfeeds, if it was only 1 axis that lot wouldn't be there. The rest looks usual,contactor for spindle,auxilary socket,coolant and powerfeed plust the big power transformer.

Hello every one, I recently find this Erksine power feed on board for my Bridgeport.
I kindly ask you to help me by providing me with some photos of how to connect it if possible. I'm looking for photos of the electrical connections. I would really like to install it on my car and I hope someone can help me. I thank everyone in advance.I have all the components that cannot be seen in the photo.
