Just make them out of old copper hot water cylinders....saw that done on the telly last week and it looked really amazing. The guy cut the top off and then cut a pattern into the sides...Expect £500 for each size

At £150 a pop...problem is finding that many hot water cylinders all the same size might be a tad tricky!As I read it, the OP is needing 43 with the possibility of more.
Showing my ignorance here, but why can't they be pressed? Is it not just a case of male and female former, cut a disc out with hole in the middle and then squash between formers?That needs to be spun. Expect £500 for each size to produce a pattern and then a small fortune each.
