Boxford STS oilers

Hello, I have a Boxford STS lathe. Which tool do I need to buy to pump oil past the captive ball bearing oilers?
I've tried various oil cans with no luck. It needs to push down the ball and make a seal so the oil goes in and not all over the place.

Converted Interlube grease gun for mine, Teclamit also work as well, but the bigger one creates more pressure than the smaller.

Check the oilers aren't stuck - they often are! Push down with a dart or something and make sure the ball moves.
If not stuck I find most oil cans will work.

I haven't bought this particular one but this style seems to work best. I use mine for oiling our roller shutter door - it will squirt about 15' in the air
