Scrutinizing the photos a little more, the top slide holding the tool post holder appears to be rectangular with sharp rather than tapered sides, so that would indicate it to be a 5" swing model. In photo 7 you have a 4 jaw chuck, a catch plate used to drive a dog when a centre is used in the headstock instead of a chuck to support and drive a workpiece, a face plate to mount work on which can't fit in a chuck, and a steady rest, mainly used to support work too long to fit between the headstock and tailstock. There also appears to be a follower rest on the floor of the main photo in your first post. When attached to your cross slide it acts as a support for machining thin shafts by being positioned behind the workpiece in the vicinity of the cutting tool to keep the workpiece from distorting.
