just picked up the boc aroshield light today for doing car bodywork.
i got it through the volkszone offer.
what kind of bottle reg do i need single or twin guage?
is one guage for bottle pressure and the other is flow pressure on the twin guage one?
whats a typical flow setting for 0.6mm mild steel wire and welding 1mm-1.5mm thick mild steel?total newbie here!!!!

As said above on a twin gauge reg one is for bottle contents, the other shielding gas flow rate, would recommend around 10 to 12 litres a minute for what you are doing provided there's no draughts. If you don't want to lash out on a twin gauge reg get a single clock one and one of the "pea shooter" type flowmeters, the guys in your local Gas and Gear should sort you out with one

asked for justin woman told me he does another job now so i asked about the volkszone offer and she sorted me out
look in the section shielding gases i posted there with details just bough the gas yesterday the 1st of june son!

when you go to your local boc depo you will more than likely have to explain how it works....what i would do first is give your account number then tell him you have to make a payment of 61.32 i think then thats it dont bother explaining the volkszone offer if you dont have to.so its account number pay the money collect the bottle size y aroshield light!
