Boring head

I have a MT2 boring head that takes 3/8” bars. Since 10mm bars are more common, would it be feasible to ream out the holes to 10mm?

Make sure you can first, if it’s a quality head then it’ll likely be hardened and enlarging the hole will be difficult.
Otherwise there’s no reason why you couldn’t, just make sure the hole remains central otherwise you could loose your centre height

^^ Having said all that, I see that Arc only do 12mm and 8mm carbide tipped options. Where could I get some 10mm indexable bars to take down to 3/8”?

Machine down 12mm
More metal to come off so better chance of hitting 10mm accurately

Brazed bars are not great, you'd be better with indexable, which will also let you swap tip for different materials.

I would be very careful with those. Likely require sharpening properly before use. I would guess they are too cheap to be good.

Grinding tooling up isn’t difficult, just make sure you’ve got clearance in all the right places and plenty of rake (but not excessive) to allow the cutter to work easier. Plenty of info online, you’ll just need a silicon carbide grinding wheel.
Only things you need to make sure with these is the carbide is of a reasonable quality and properly brazed on. I use carbide brazed tooling on a very regular basis because indexable tooling isn’t suitable.
