I do believe that this now officially makes you an 'influencer'..!
EDIT: Nope, ignore me... wine talking. That's only work if you were the FIRST to buy them and they then sold out soon after...
No Meindls, may have thought about others. I used to wear German Para boots, nice and wide for my plates of meat. Think it was Silvermans in London I got them.I thought you wore Altbergs? Not had any Meindls, so cant comment other than I thought they were a quality boot? A mate has just bought a grade A pair from Longs of Leeds (Ex-Mil)
Ive worn either German or preferably Austrian Para boots for the last 30+yrs. Cant get hold of them as the Ukrainian war is hoovering them all up. So treated myself to a pair of All weather Hogs from Altberg. Had a fitting at the factory so they should fit well (narrow feet). Not here while Jan
I make my own Wax a mix (4:4:2) of Parafin wax, Bees wax and pure mineral oil. It gets used on anything and everything that needs waterproofing. Rub it on, then with a heat gun soak it in. Rub off the excess with a cloth if you wish.

My youngest stole my last pair, said they were the most comfortable he had owned, like you I have very wide feet, like bloody flippers (probably why I spent so much of my early life in the water) and finding wide fitting boots is a challenge, I now have a pair of boots from Here:
They were made extra wide for me and really fit well. I also changed the type of leather they are made from.X10 Fell Boots - William Lennon & Co Ltd
The X10 is a fully sprung boot built to 'walk with your foot'. Made with sturdy black Kip leather at William Lennon & Co Ltd.williamlennon.co.uk
