I prefer venison or wild boar as the main meat along with boiled/roast bacon, brussels with garlic bacon and cooked in white wine, pig in blankets and all the usual veg....
and quite a bit of various falling down liquids.....

Yep, there's loads of tastier meat IMHO than turkey, no matter how high they are graded etc.
I would prefer a big ham roasting away, but its tradition apparently
