boilers?

well the paster has decided to go with someone else.
the boiler they're using is ferroli sky water heater don't know anything of this heater or how it work.
last week he said that they're fitting a boiler but cutting half off as the church don't need it for central heating only hot water.
I thought it it was pointless because you waste about 2 gallons of water before you feel any kind of heat.
the ascot type heaters you more or less get instant hot water.?
is this ferroli sky water heater any good?

let them get on with it but in the end they will find they need another boiler to heat the rest of it as the water will freeze as its not warmed by the central heating

it also cause other cold spots around the building and that can and does extra external reference of outside rooms equal to the outside walls
