I thought it was a combi boiler? Instant hot water, not stored in a cylinder? but agree, tend to think it not a pcb issue...unless a dodgy relay.

It is a combi but pretty sure these have a little heat store for DHW so you dont have to wait as quick for the combi to do its thing, it can be switched of in eco mode

When it goes out after a few minutes is it shutting down normally? If its shutting down with out error codes, something is telling it too!

Not hive, but i have had a radio linked thermostat say its calling for heat... it was putting the light on saying it was, but not closing the relay to actually run the boiler
