Boiler help please

Yes the copper pipe does go through the concrete floor in the Hallway in the Front of the Bunglow, Also in a new extension at the rear.By the way if the Guy who had told me that there was a leak somewhere in the Copper pipe under the Hallway I would of said yes replace that lengh of copper.The Boiler is a Combi Worcester Eco.Im nearly 70 now with Health problems which don't allow me to have a go myself otherwise I would of done.The problem I have is that at my age after watching these programs on TV where us old people get taken for a Ride I don't know who to get and replace the bad copper under the Concrete. Any Ideas ?

its not just replacing the copper pipe its also insulating it from the concrete as well as covering it over again

on another note depends on where everything is can a surface fix of copper pipe do it for you ?

OK thanks .Ordered a laser hand held thermometer that might help me.

its hard to tell but look for more heat in a certain area of concrete it will be higher than the normal concrete warming up

it will also show slightly of an expansion of heat within that area best i think to do it when rads have been on 10 minutes but make sure floor is cleared where pipes run it will aid you in finding it quicker

if its a downward leak it should still show enough but you will be playing with just slightly higher readings on the temp reader 2 or up to 5 more on the temp reader not forgetting the area of heat
