Do they still charge you £15+ to pick up your cylinder from their depot in your own van, though?
That always used to make me mad...

apparently there is no pick up charge on these small bottles its the large ones.

That' not cheap , that's a joke , 494 litres , so that's a 2.4 litre bottle and it still has a rental on it .

sealey make one like that but it's 1kg and you buy for about £50 then get fill ups, i was told once that it cost £10 a fill but i'm not sure about that.
