BOC Argoshield refill ?

Hi guys, I've managed to get an empty boc argoshield bottle which is in date aswell. Does anyone know how I can get it filled without having to get an account with boc and pay a yearly subscription and all that ? I wont be using it a lot so wouldnt be worth the subscription. I'm in Glasgow btw.
