BOC Argon Bottle

Hey all,
I have just got a BOC Argon Bottle today, but i am having trouble opening the nozzle to let gas out. I am trying to turn the nozzle which is in the centre of the housing and above it says use Key to open (then an arrow pointing anti clockwise). This is really stiff and wont turn at all. Hel would be greatly appreciated!

For obvious reasons keep your hands away from the top opening.
When its a fresh bottle, they are often very tight, carefully give the key a tap with a mallet. Make sure you are ready to turn it off agian.
