BOC and Volkszone - Gas Offer

Well rang today and no one whom was manning the desk knew.
So I went down to Corby
Gas £26.43 plus vat £31.71
Rental inc vat £40.98

So no collection charge but get this.

I phoned today to get on this deal,
lady on the other end knew about the deal but wanted to know my username for my volkszone membership. I tried to explain I'm a member of this forum,
Anyway no luck....
I've since become a member of volkszone and phoned back,spoke to a gentleman who seemed to know more. He still insisted he has to check up to make sure I'm a member of the volkszone forum. They really try to make things hard for you....
Anyone else had this problem or maybe I've caught them on a bad day.

Without this deal they have a collection charge.
Make sure they load the correct details to the account.
They didn't check my vzi deal but I did mention in conversation I was rebuilding

All, new to forum but with a few phone calls sorted see below for contact details. I have just been and picked up a cylinder so it does work. Total cost for first year including first bottle of gas was £74.68. She will e-mail you the form just sign it scan it back in and send back to her. 10 minutes while they credit check you and then she phones back with your nec account number, Bingo.

As this is for an Individual/Non limited company The form needs to be signed in two sections. (One part way up and the other down at the bottom of the form)



You may return the completed forms by email, post or fax them to 01925523051.

I got a bill today for £1.98 :-( what's that all about.

getting refund of £1.98, but i asked them where it came from, as if its owed ill pay it.
they couldnt explain and put a credit through.

Had to take back my hobbygas bottle and get deposit back £55.00 in my sky rocket.

Called yesterday, person on the phone knew exactly what I was on about - she even asked me if it was the Volkzone deal, didn't ask for my Volkzone details and I've got the account through today!

Can't complain!

Hello jammy, Once you are all sorted out, you could maybe send and email to katie anderson at BOC requesting the same sort of deal for pure argon, (even if you don't need any) just to add to the people on this forum that have already requested it, You are not obligated in any way but it might improve our chances,
