Has anyone on here ever done a bobtail on a range rover

I cant find much info on doing this ,but im sure its straight forward as
Basically you cut the rear quarter panel, roof and floor back to the start of the rear arch if I am right. any info would be much appreciated

    thanks murex

    rust sliders or rock sliders;)
9" grinder with wire brush attached would help.welding on to rust is just point less.
Ive got my self a 1976 range rover that i want to use as a pickup/van.
plan is to strip the back end out replace the rear side windows with 18/16gsw sheet.put a roll cage in,Fit a mesh guard behind the front seats. and i should end up with some thing i can put my tools in in the week plus pull my trailer. and do a bit of offroading on the weekends
