Got some more done today
First, the cylinder head went on. Pretty self explanatory. New gasket and bolt it down to spec.
Next, the water pump and intermediate shaft gear went on.
The belt tensioner went on, and with the timing lines set, it was time to get the belt on.
Then the timing covers and lifting eye went on. The upper timing cover has the often missing plastic piece to route the crank position sensor wire through.
Then came the vibration dampner, accessory pulley and water pump pulley. Using a handy tool to tighten the water pump bolts.
Then a new rotor arm went on.
And a new distributor.
