Apple AirPods Pro. Expensive but effective noise reduction and you can adjust how much ambient sound is admitted, or go automatic. May not fit inside all ear cups.
Active Noise Cancelling is not suitable for protection against hearing damage.
Apple has called a feature of the Airpod Pro "Active Hearing Protection", but it isn't certified and isn't the same as actual earplugs or ear defenders.
Miluwakee, Isotunes, and others have combined bluetooth headphones & passive earplugs products that are actually designed and tested to the EN 352 standard.
