First it's Amazon telling me that 2 (of 3 ) parcels could not be delivered and I'll get a refund (no it's not a scam email, it's on my account page) - all 3 items arrived in separate boxes on Monday and I've used all 3 (2 drill bits and a set of ink for my printer).

Then the co. I ordered some tools and all the RCBO's, terminal strip, bus bar etc. to upgrade my CU, won't talk to me as they have ordered the electrical bits direct from Hager, who are out of stock for 32A RCBO's and I got the last 15 way terminal bar (I needed 2) and don't know when they will get any more. All I want is a refund so I can get the RCBO's else ware.

Rant over.

It's neither, one is a common item electrical warehouses will normally carry a 100 or so, the other would normally be fitted to the CU already and if needed ordered from the manufacturer.

Hager were very helpful and apologised for not being able to give me a date for getting more stock in.

Just waiting for the tools that are out for delivery now and then if they will not speak to me it will be section 75 on the credit card - I hope, as it's partial order not complete order.
