Dare to be different, restricts access to what? The return has to come across at some point
I can just see people cursing the pipes at the front in future.

Looks neat, but can't see where the tundish is located. Filling loop needs to be on the primary heating circuit. It's also worth putting a valve in the hot water outlet pipe. Makes replacing hot tap washers much easier. The secondary return connection on the tank is for the water coming back to the tank in pumped hot tap water circuits (large houses, long hot water pipe runs), and should be plugged if not used.
Isn't it easier just to fit isolating valves before each tap ? that's what I do, every water outlet has an isolating valve just before it so changing any tap etc is easy. It's also worth putting a valve in the hot water outlet pipe. Makes replacing hot tap washers much easier.

Is it two storey....if so what underfloor method is used upstairs, Im currently looking into options?
Looks good, although to me the job is not finished until my mother comes along and decides to paint all of the pipework, valves, air release systems etc until everything ends up as unrecognisable bumps under a mass of dripping paint (despite being asked never to do it again all the previous times she has done it)
A bit like the time at my sisters new flat when my father and I spend 8 hours stripping and freeing up the sash windows so they would open, went out to get some lunch and came back to find everything 'had been given a good coat'

That is what I do as well, then you can also use them to regulate the water flow if needed so the taps are not too 'splashy'
and when the taps leak and need replacing rip half the tiles off to change them or get to the waste pipeYes, but not so useful for bath taps where the bath is well and truly boxed in.
I see u know how to use a pipe bender... Looks a lot neater than many professional jobs i've seen.. nice!Heat store/stove/solar/electric/CH/HW install I did at my place - still running 9 years later, only one leaky pump valve a couple of years ago.
I love copper to look at but a big fan of push fit to buy and install.
