Had a job in this week to make some engine guards for a rare little Italian moped.
I had to make the edge and dimple dies specifically for this part.

For the pedantic, that is a swage. Beads are on pipes.

What swager do you have ? I am after one to make some floorpans out of 1.2mm steel, although up to 2mm capacity would be better, plus an 18 inch throat

Its one of the cheap one from Metz ( generic Chinese). They aren't bad but I've modified mine a lot. Its now got a guide fence, spring return on the upper roller and I've stiffened the frame so it doesn't twist under high pressure.
