Is this normal I had fitted a screw fix splash back 2 ish months ago thankfully I have been working on my days off installing a bath room and fitting flooring so have not had the chance to finsh the job off and tile as well it's has rusted very light but will not come off with normal cleaner so will have to use something a bit more abrasive but don't want to damage the surface IS THIS normal do These have this problem all the time or have I just got a carp splash back I really want to remove and put some thing else there but will damage my new plastered wall so In a way don't want to

its been stuck on with no more nails stuff any bright ideas on removing it im thinking of going that way and buy a glass one the other half wanted im going to have to swallow hard on this as we where haveing a bit of a thing over what to use she wanted glass back i wanted steel to match the rest of the cooker and hob and i only got my way as hers was going to take a few days to deliver where as mine i could get in 15 mins by driving to get it at screw fix
