Well firstly Malcolm for a superb site. I'm a complete noob when it comes to welding but this place as given me a great amount of information and loads of guidance on how to get started, add that to my dad helping out and I should get there without burning myself (or anyone else) or blowing holes in my work! 
Secondly to weldequip for his invaluable advice and service! My clarke 151EN turned up today and I cant wait to get going with it!
