Snow made the best way grinders , hydrostatic class apart.
Spent my time as a snow rebuilder
I’d love any snow grinder even that one
What an awful waste
its health and safety gone mad . no one allowed in scrapyards or anywhere they can harm yourselves everyone is frightened of being sued and insurance wont cover itSomeone rescue it - group by?
Schools are doing it all the time, close workshops, scrap the lot usually because the "service provider" doesnt want any liability comeback & can make more money by leasing the school their own far eastern tat.

it hits the skip, its dead. So much for being green.
The way of the fat lazy westIt seems to be the way of the modern world, sadly. I was talking to a cousin of my mothers, he was employed at a recycling centre, where people could come and bring their garden or shed waste. He seen the best of tools and equipment being chucked, offered to buy some of it rather than having them melted, but no, it hits the skip, its dead. So much for being green.
This is the bit I find really annoying because the 'staff' that work at these place dive in, sort through the stuff, remove what they want and proceed to stick it in their nice shiny current reg vans/cars! No doubt sell for a hefty amount through the usual places!offered to buy some of it rather than having them melted, but no, it hits the skip, its dead.
Would they sell the snowThat's such a shame to see a machine like that in that condition.
We have a Snow in our workshop, similar size but lightly older than that one. Bought originally for grinding viscose pourers to extremely fine tolerances. We have a bigger Zocca for that job now, and the Snow is only used for jobbing now.
