We got "buzzed" on the M5 around J26, no idea what it was apart from big, military and noisy.

That's an A400M Atlas I think. When was it? I can't see anything near there on flight radar, it could just have ADS-B turned off though.

We get one flying around here occasionally, they use the Airbus factory runway at Broughton for touchdowns now and then - it’ll be round and round at low level for hours going up and down the airfield.

Do fly around 26/27 quite often.
As do training flights path around and down towards Exeter Airport.

Always nice hearing them and the occasional chinnok come over work.

Yep a400 atlas. Quite often see them entering the low level area in the lakes, they fly up to ulverston in the estuary and then turn in, very impressive sight

Very often come over my house when on short finals for 27R at John Lennon airport..normally does 2 or 3 touch and goes

Living midway between Otterburn Ranges and Spadeadam we get a fair few bits of military stuff over head, noisy blighters.

Two or three times a week we get a couple of French air force jets chase each other down the valley which I love watching, though occasionally they break the sound barrier, scared the poop out of me the first time, as they were nowhere to be seen or heard until that happened.
