Are those scaffold planks destined to be the finished/final supports? Surely not......
Near Tenterden but I guess he'll be taking it all over.
As I understand it opening the doors on the burners acts as the regulator. He's had some good advice from an American chap who has a restaurant business running off one & has built several.
It's a fun one for me because I haven't got any of the financial stress over the will it/won't it work, but I'm still getting to make it in a way that kinda feels like its my own. I'm sure he'll make a success of it.
Just out of interest, was it a Calor Gas tank in a previous life?
id preheat the air before it goes into the fire chamber however it may make the food cook faster or burn it
however you should see some sort of difference in wood consumption by preheating it
nice build as well
I have the 4ft x 2ft party barbecue myself and have a had a few partys with it this year im adding a rocket hob and oven to the barbeque range so then ive got a hot plate and also a cooker to cook with for other things to be cooked upon it
