25kgs is a lot of weight to save. Especially on trailers ect. Even kg countsI just worked out how much weight I would save on my 3.5 ton trailer.
25kg. Hardly worth all the effort.

Just what I said to my fat friend25kgs is a lot of weight to save. Especially on trailers ect. Even kg counts
.
I have a Rotobroach Panther which is brilliant.
It states capacity up to 40mm. I have used 42mm no problem at all. Could I go a lot bigger - say 60mm or even 80mm?
Drilling mild steel - about 8mm thick.
Obviously the slowest speed and plenty of soluble cutting oil.
I need to drill out the webs on I beams to lighten them.
Or would I be better off with hole saws?
