Funnily enough hoverboards are one of my tests on my customs ai system. They fall into 2 categories - childrens toys if designed to support less than 40kg.

It doesnt come under the same ruling as ebikes as it doesnt have pedals.
So it comes under this - yes customs is weird. Air rifles also includes truncheons and cutlass
