Better?

New liner, CO2 @ 14lpm, 0.8mm wire, power 4/6, 2mm steel & tried to slow down a bit to get better penetration.

Had to pause half way through the last one as my hand was getting uncomfortably warm even inside the welding gauntlet.

It certainly looks like your getting there, I think the metal your using is the main problem, I`m sure it`s got some sort of coating on it, you can see almost a skin on the top of the welds when it`s melted and come to the surface. Clean it off with an angle grinder and see what happens.

I think it has got a thin coating on it. I've almost used it all so will try and find something a bit better.
