Best way to make these?

Hi was just wondering what best way to make these are or what press to use if there is one for home use?

As Bob says, they are spun on a lathe against a plug.

I think the middle one is pressed looking at the drag marks, either way none of them are easy to make at home without decent machinery

its the sort of thing you just buy in by the box as you need them , a fair bit of heavy kit , and a lot of time has been spent in working out how to make those efficiently , some one here used to make exhausts for bikes from memory ...

If you need 1 to match something unavailable you make it, if you dont buy what you need it's not worth the time effort or equipment

The top two look drawn, not sure about the bottom one possibly spun.

Top one I would fabricate from a stamped out base welded to a tube. Middle one stamp out on the flypress, possibly after fabricating a cone (depending on material) bottom one, err, pass. Looks hard.

with any of them I would question the quantity required due to the need to produce dedicated tooling.

Burchills automotive will supply the bottom two in all sorts of sizes and materials not very expensive either.

Must be a fair trek for you, the one down here is about 40mins away

I dont mind it, their stuff gets slated, yet my kitchen still looks contemporary after 20yrs and isn't falling apart....but then I built it correctly and we look after our property and belongings.
I’ve picked up loads of ideas from walking round there, and as you say the breakfast isn’t bad. The Coffee is very good. Not that good to make me go in the last 6-8yrs though

250 mile round trip, don't get very often. We’ve got Ikea stuff and it’s fine too
