Make a sliding frame for grinder -couple of powerful switch magnets to attach to plate, steel rod and sliding bushes to mount grinder on.
Sorry for this, it’s just for some lads to practice a root and cap.I suppose all this depends on what the chamfer is for.

Silly question....but why would one want anything other than a smooth surface finish?Yes its a purpose designed cutter. You need a new blade. One assumes there will be a variety of cutting/shearing blades available so you pick the one that satisfies your needs for surface finish.
It might be possible to re-grind the one you have but if the serrations are noticeably more aggressive than the ones in the vid, maybe yours is set up for a more aggressive cut.
