best value water coolers?

Hi all, just wondering if there's been any bargain water cooler manufacturers discovered? r-tech are looking about £350 and I'm not having much luck finding anything under 300. cheers Joe.

Sam posted about a central heating pump based cooler a little while back: http://www.mig-welding.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=15776 That's the way I plan to go to replace my broken pump.

You'd need to buy your own bucket or make a tank.

I bought one of 4 this guy is selling, He accepted my £200 offer. It works very well.

Mate of my used a beer chiller he picked up for next to nowt when his local was being re furbished, beauty of it was it actually cooled the water rather than just circulated it which a lot of units do

it doesnt need to be big, just have enough surface area. This one I made is about 7 litres, with a dishwasher scavenge pump I had lying around. It doesnt even get warm.
