Thanks for all the advice I've just picked up a Tom Tom Go510 world with "my drive", free lifetime maps, traffic and speed camera locations, it's got loads more features than the old one. £125 after a bit of discount. The screen is a pinch type like a mobile so I can zoom in much more easily than before.
The screen mount looks really good, it has the power cable attached to it then it has a magnetic locking system for the unit to click in and out of, really quick and easy!
I'm going for a read up of the instructions.

Be carefull, the Go 510 needs to connect with your smartphone for the "Traffic", so might have an impact on your data usage.

I went for the Go 6100 with it's own sim to avoid this (Go 5100 is the same but with a 5" screen).
