Evening,
I've just bought a 2011 2.0S Mondeo estate (a 9 year old car is new to me) Underneath is really, really clean. I'll post pics when I get the car. Sills are like new with no sign of jacking damage, just one small nsr area where they maybe drove over a high kerb. All the chassis rails are mint. The rear cross member is starting to show some light rust spotting as are bits like the exhaust shield clips.
I'd say it's worth doing something about this now but I shouldn't leave it much longer.
Plan is to stick on the BiL's 2 post then cavity wax in the sills for a start. Was thinking Dinitrol.
The little areas starting to spot. I was thinking some careful work with a wire brush / sand paper then hit it with some Zinga, Wurth Dark or even Procote Cold Galv Spray which I really like.

Any better thoughts?
Cheers
