I've had good service from Trent Plastics who do have an E-Bay shop, very good range of types and sizes.

Licharze probably the cheapest but a PITA to deal with unless you set up an account, it seems to be the way of the Germans.

Direct Plastics is usually where I go for quick hassle free service.
