Best 1K Paint To Use Please?

I'm spraying the interior of an old race-car including the fiddly rollcage, I had planned to use celly but it seems the previous owner used something which reacts with the celly (I'm guessing Hammerite).

What is the best paint to use so that it doesn't react and can be sprayed without any health issues using a disposable mask? And should I treat this paint differently in any way?

Is that kind of alkyd enamel as safe to spray as celly? I'm very conscious of the fact I'll be spraying this in a confined space.

The paint you were recommended to use looks fine, but these types of paint take a very long time to dry completely, and runs can be a problem if you are spraying, unless thinned using heat.

Rustoleum is based on alkyd enamel and yes it is safe to spray with an ordinary "fly mask." It is VERY messy though and you will need to mask everything within a 50 yard radius including your work area, yourself and the dog!
Synthetic enamel would probably work too and is marginally less messy to use, but cannot be "worked" once it is dry, how it sits from the gun is how it stays really.
The only other thing that springs to mind is to use a barcoat over the existing paint to isolate it and then use the cellulose that you originally intended.

Do they do HB primer for either of those paint types?

go out and buy an isolater such as bar coat apply it leave it if for an hour then you can use whatever paint you want to use with no reaction

I bought some Rustoleum to try out on a few parts so I can weigh up the hassle between that and the barcoat.
