ok, maybe a bit late to reply but anyway.
I bought such a highweld plasma cutter in October. I had it shipped to a friend in Germany since shipping to Holland was quite expensive. After 2 months still no plasma cutter, i sent them a few emails but no good replies, their email support is bad imho. Then i called them and finally got the info: "address was wrong unit returned". later that day i got in the car and just drove to Nettetal where they are located (120 mile round trip or so) to pick it up. Nice people, got some good info from them as well. Had a chat with a technician there about their other lines of welding gear (Free wig etc).
I used the cutter a few times, works fine, although i haven't used any expensive plasma cutters so I cant compare it. The slag on the other side of the cut is pretty annoying though, even at 6-7 bar of air pressure and lots of amps (i had to be careful not to blow the main fuse at x-mas eve). So maybe some more practice and the anti splatter spray will help.
One bad thing though is the materials they used for the wires, hoses etc, all the rubber parts. they smell so bad. after opening the box and examining all the parts for about an hour i had a headache from the smell.
here are a few pics that i made of the machine (also from the electronics)
