OK I'm planning on making some exhausts for my bikes -ideally titanium, which I'm aware is a bit difficult to weld, but if anyone can help with the actual metal forming side of things it would be helpful.
The pipe would be a 4 into 2 into 1, and uses 2 diameters -OD of 40mm and 52mm, both using a 1mm wall tube in the stainless system I'm going to copy. I'm presuming that 1mm will be fine in Ti too -it's naturally aspirated so it's only got to support it's own weight.
I appreciate benders have been covered before, but is there any specifics to this project? I have a few of the same bike, so would be repeating the process, but obviously it's not going to be a production run.
