And if a tank fed system, avoid bends in pipe work as much as possible, mains pressure don't matter so much.stop being so critical with your bends theres no sure fire way of bending copper tube to exact everytime unless your bending elsewhere to design
sharp bends its use solder elbows long bend use a bender or spring bender the bending machine being the better option
I'm doing some more pipework on my ensuite this weekend but I'm struggling to make a set in a pipe to the exact measurements in want, is there a surefire way to get this done with repeated accuracy?

Thats more or less how I do it, so your only ever measuring straight lines. In the past I have used a sharpie marker to make marks on my pipe bender. And transfered these marks onto a scrap section of pipe I already bent.
So then you can offer up the pre bent corner and measure to your marker points. Then measure the new pipe and mark where the new bend should start and align this mark to the ones you made on your bender and bobs your teapot worked best for me as occasional DIY plumber.
Or go all plastic pipe and stop worrying about it!

and make sure you are well insured in case the joints leak also plastic looks krap and you cant do much with it . looks a messThats more or less how I do it, so your only ever measuring straight lines.

Agree. Joints too bulky and look sh*te, and I am not at all convinced they will last the claimed 50 years. How can they replicate time AND all sorts of usages.and make sure you are well insured in case the joints leak also plastic looks krap and you cant do much with it . looks a mess
buy 2 lengths of galv tubing fit that slot your pb into it and its well supported
