Mr Malvern came round today with his grinder and jig thingy.
And did a perfect job.
They are cutting thin sheet like new and doing the bigger stuff much better as well.
I mostly cut 3mm and 5mm strip, am I best opening the gap up a smidge?

Clamp a rest to it (maybe to the bench?as the black bit is plastic) to get the angle right, then even strokes across. That is what I did with the standard bench grinder, but a wet wheel will do a much nicer job. Not to mention all the other blades that could do with tidying up, esp the woodwork ones.
