hi peoples, just wanting some advice in the kind of mig i would need to start off? the metal are mainly steel iron, ect, there real small pieces of steel to weld, just want a good mig welder to do the job. to build tattoo machine frames..any help would be appriciated..

3mm no problems but for the 6mm, would it be long runs or short runs?
Im guessing pretty short if it's just frames, so with the right prep you'd get away with something like a 150A machine.
Have a look in the for sale section, a Clarke 160 was posted yesterday, they're great machines!
