Some results after searching for a while give 2500kg which is more than I expected :/Any mill that works for under £300 is worth it!
Doesn’t give a weight that I can see
That's similar to what the guy said, I was the next highest bidder on it and top bidder changed his mind so he's offered me it for my bid price plus commission/vat and said it'll be going for scrap if not sold which he ideally doesn't want hence accepting my low bid at the time (£160)Daltons scrap at Edinburgh were giving £200 per ton for mixed scrap last week,
so even if it is just scrap metal you can't lose.
Get it bought!
This one is in Glasgow near Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, I'll be having a look at it tomorrow and will get some pics. I'd like it but ultimately I'll probably not have room to store it long term but I definitely want to save it from the scrap so I'll just need to figure a way of moving it.Those are big mills. I'd like a big horizontal but they don't come up cheap anymore in working order

Would it fit on a large pallet ?I've emailed several local hiab companies but not heard back yet, not sure how I'll get it out but I don't want to let it go to scrap. If I absolutely can't get it out is there anyone else who would be interested in it, its at G52 1BD
It's about 1.8m square but footprint is about 1m square. Weighs around 2000kg.Would it fit on a large pallet ?
My bad ,I thought it was 2000lbs ......It's about 1.8m square but footprint is about 1m square. Weighs around 2000kg.
I have found a guy with a hiab who can move it for £200 and another with a 2.5t pallet truck I can borrow so I'm going to probably go ahead and try to get it out once I somehow pry it off the floor lol.
It may end up available again if my friend can't use it so it'll basically just be my purchase price+hiab cost as I'd rather it was saved and goes to someone on here instead of trying to make a profit
