Got this 3d printed dewalt to parkside x20v from aliexpress.
The pins for the dw side are strips of copper wrapped over plastic.
I looked on my old dw batteries and the older batteries used solid brass pins but the newer batteries are the same as this.
Fitment into the tool is not great with a gap between the bottom of the tool and the top of the battery.
I might add some foam strip on top of the battery to fill the gap.
The wire is a bit lighter than I would like. Normally it is 14awg / 2.5mm2, this is 16awg / 1.5mm2.
No easy way of changing it either. Guess I'll wait and see if it gets hot.
When I stripped the adaptor to take photos and check quality 2 screws wrung off. Trying now to remove the broken bits.
